We wanted someone that could deal with three people with limited mobility and one other. The communication from the first email was excellent and in very good English. We explained in advance what we wanted and it was arranged.

We had a Mercedes Vito type mini bus with plenty of room. If you have trouble getting up and down a step though tell them when booking so they have time to get a step sorted out. The owner of the business was our driver and we had a very nice young lady as a guide. She stayed with us all day including meal times. This was great as she was able to "push in" and order food etc for us.

The museums are massive so if like me you get bored easily say in advance that you want a quick tour. At Peterhoff Alexei arranged for us to tour the gardens in a golf buggy. which was a godsend. On the second day the two able bodied members of our family took a tour of the underground and a walk around parts of the city. Thgis was really interesting too. I would reccomend this company.

They provide a personal touch in a professional way. If like us you are on a cruise then dont worry. Alexei will sort everything out but make sure you print tickets for all of your party and take a spare set as you will need them at customs.You might need some local money if buying lunch, prices are on par with any UK attraction.

We bought our money through the Post Office who take back spare notes however we gave what we had left as a tip. In the cruise terminal is a gift shop that accepts dollars and Euros. There is also a cash machine and a post office. You will not be allowed off the boat without a prebooked guide and the ship will not arrange private tours so if you want more than just a few hours in a bus with 50 other people book Alexei.
