We had a fabulous experience of St Petersburg Shore Tour thanks to you and Masha, the tour guide you assigned to us. At first, we were a little nervous since all of our correspondence was by email. However, from the minute you and Masha met us at the pier, we were totally impressed by your friendliness, promptness and ability to satisfy every request for the customized tour we arranged. We were thrilled that the vehicle was air-conditioned as the temperature was probably 90 degrees.  The driver was courteous and Masha’s knowledge of history and art was fantastic.  Each of her explanations of the sites we visited (which were numerous) was concise and understandable.

I think all of the people on the NCL Star with whom we spoke were jealous of us as they spent more time getting to and coming from the sites than time at the actual sites.  Not only did we do everything we wanted (including a visit to the Jewish Synagogue, lunches in local restaurants, a boat ride on the Neva, shopping, Peterhof, The Hermitage,  Catherine’s Palace, The Ballet, etc.; we were even treated to a ride on the subways of St. Petersburg.  We got right into each of the sites without waiting on any lines and our guide was able to maneuver through the sites without the crowds.  You even got us terrific seats at The St Petersburg Ballet.

In addition, your pricing was more than fair.  The four of us are happy to recommend your company, MaxiBaltTours, to anyone who is travelling to St. Petersburg.
